The Sequoias was the second national park in the United States after Yellowstone, and home to the largest trees on Earth, the giant sequoias, reaching heights of over 250 feet and live for more than 3,000 years!
We will be holding a very special gathering in the *Sequoias Friday Oct 24th - Monday Oct 27th*- Connect in Community and Nature
- Refresh and renew in sacred waterfalls and natural hot springs
- Learn to Make Delicious Gourmet Vegan Dishes
- Energize with 3 Breakfasts, 3 Lunches and 2 Dinners Included
- Easy to Moderate Hiking, walking among the tall trees and Creative art class
- Meditation, Qi-Gong and Daily Morning Movement Sessions
- Evening Dance, Music Jam, Singing (optional)
- Soak in hidden hot springs
- Stargazing and sharing our gifts with each other
- Exploration of a Vegan Community in Sequoias!
You are welcome to bring food to cook if you like, although all meals will be provided
