The Role of The Movie Studio Model: Scale in Complex art forms.

I will be discussing the ongoing development of my game, The Garden Parade, And the challenges of being a solo dev.

I will also be breaking down the movie studio model, and showing why it is important to have an artistic design platform and not a technologically designed platform.

We will be looking at the expression based model-- the artistic way. And comparing that to the check based model, the VC, investment way.

We will take a brief history lesson from the Artist lead studios of the around the Turn of the Century, and look at the complications of large-scale and expensive artistic mediums.
