### No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for all attendees, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy:

• If a participant fails to attend two or more events without prior notice, they will be suspended from all future events for 3 months.
• To avoid a no-show, please notify the organizer at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
• Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, but consistent no-shows will result in enforcement of this policy.

This policy helps maintain the integrity of our events and ensures spots are available for those who are committed to attending.
