What the Bible Is Really About – Los Angeles
Hey friends,
I’m starting this group because I believe the Bible is more than just a book we’ve heard about — it’s a living story that speaks to who we are, why we’re here, and how we connect with God and each other. Too often, people only scratch the surface, and I want to create a space where we can dig deeper together.
The goal of this group is simple: to read, discuss, and really understand what the Bible is about — in a way that’s fun, insightful, and life-giving. We’ll bring together Christians who are already walking in their faith and those who are just curious, as well as singles who want to meet others in a genuine, fellowshippy environment.
Who we’re hoping to meet:
• Anyone who’s hungry to know what the Bible really says — whether you’ve studied it before or you’re opening it for the first time.
• People who want more than surface-level conversation, who value authenticity, depth, and growth.
• Christians (and Christian singles) who want to build real friendships, encourage one another, and maybe even spark meaningful connections.
What we’ll do at our events:
• Gather in a relaxed setting (coffee shops, living rooms, parks) to read and discuss Scripture together.
• Break down passages in a way that’s clear and practical — not preachy, but real.
• Share perspectives, ask questions, and learn from each other.
• Build community through conversation, prayer, and fellowship.
• And of course — laugh, eat, and make new friends along the way.
I’ll be hosting and guiding the discussions, drawing from my own study and experience, but this isn’t a lecture. It’s about creating a space where everyone feels free to explore, share, and grow.
