Breath work and trauma release exercise (TRE) session

Hello everyone,
I'm offering something a little different this time. I've been a breath work facilitator for 25 years and a TRE facilitator for 10. Over the years, I've combined these two powerful healing modalities in workshops, and the results are incredible. These are tools you can use on your next 'expedition'=> I'm excited to co-create this upcoming workshop and share this transformative experience with you.
The location will be either Santa Cruz or Los Gatos, depending on the number of participants.
