Good property management can turn an average investment into a great one. Bad property management, on the other hand, can destroy even the best investment. Choosing the right property manager (or doing it yourself well) is essential to successful real estate investing. In my career I've used management companies, managed my own properties and now my wife and I own a property management company. At this meetup I'll share what I've learned with you.
