State of the markets

Hi all!

Certainty is pretty hard to come by when it comes to investing, but there's one thing you can always count on: things change. On our next event we will talk about the current state of the markets we are active in, and we will also cover the recent changes in the lending environment.

In September we will be attending a large multifamily conference in Dallas, and on the Meetup we will also share what we heard and learned at that conference.
