Our next meetup will be on October 27th, and this time we will talk about MF financing in the current environment.

As you may know, loans are almost always an integral part of putting deals together.
They reduce the out-of-pocket amount needed to close the deal, and they can enhance investors' returns.
Many people know how Single Family lending works, but commercial loans are very different from SFR financing, and in the Meetup we will discuss the differences, and what MF buyers need to know when they start looking for their new MF acquisition.
We will also discuss which financing is currently available, and what is not available anymore.
