Thorn Manor sale Case Study

Hello,

As some of you know, we just sold one of our properties in Desoto TX. Back in September 2017 we bought two properties, 225 units total. We held on to them for almost 8 years, and just sold one of them at a very nice profit :-).

It was a long ride, and we would like to share with you the lessons we learned.
