Unfortunately, life is full of loss, and loss comes in many different forms: loss of a loved one, loss of a child, loss of a relationship, loss of a job, loss of a home, loss of a pet, or even the loss of good times from childhood or a happier and simpler time from the past. Either way, it is a loss that is worth validating. This group is for people who are interested in finding a safe space to explore their loss and experience with bereavement with others who are also experiencing loss and bereavement.

During the post-pandemic, many people are still experiencing the emotional effects of loss and bereavement, on top of any loss and bereavement they were already experiencing, but do not have a safe space to grieve and process the loss. My goal for this group is to create a positive space where group members can come together and feel supported in their loss and bereavement with others who have experienced (and are still experiencing) significant grief and loss while navigating the healing journey of life.
