Art is a perfect tool for expression. Combined with energetic healing practices, this journey of self-love will help you release the conditioning and limiting beliefs that no longer serve you. Step into the path of your highest good and join us in the second of four self-love sessions.

Attachments (Part 2)

“Learning to release, in order to receive”

In this session, you will be lead through an energetic cord cutting ceremony, to release or loosen any attachments that no longer serve your highest good.

Following the facilitated session, you will paint a set of candles to continue to your cord cutting practice at home.

What to Expect:
6:30pm - 7:00pm Arrival Meet & Greet/Art Prep
7:00pm- 7:45pm Facilitated Cord Cutting "Ties that Bind Us" Session by Crystal Devlin
7:45pm - 9:00pm Art Workshop/Light Refreshments- Candle Painting

Meet the Host:
Crystal Devlin owner of Lost & Found Healing in Toronto, is a clinical hypnotist, Reiki energy worker and breathwork practitioner who believes that joy, peace, ease and pleasure are necessary for us to live full divinely purposeful lives. Lost and Found Healing offers 1:1 and group hypnosis/guided meditations, breathwork classes and 1:1 Reiki sessions.
