Lost The Plot in association with The Clear Picture brings forth a night of dialogue and discussion on the much-needed topic of Media Ethics. With increasing doctored footages, political & corporate affiliations & encroachment of personal space, there are very few platforms left where the general public can get uncensored, quality journalism. In an effort to encourage this culture of probing & questioning the current state of affairs, Lost The Plot will be screening ‘Talvar’.

Based on the controversial Aarushi Talwar double murder case of 2008, Talvar received critical acclaim & was also a box office hit. The film follows the murder, the investigation, the parties suspected, the reaction of the country & most importantly, the yellow journalistic media coverage that created unnecessary biases amongst the general public. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Talvar is an example of a well researched no-nonsense film that brings in to perspective the sensational reporting that took place in reality. The film screening will follow an engaging interaction & a Q&A round with Meghna Gulzar, who will be sharing her story and inspiration for this film. Event Details:
