Join us for a fun run night! We’re thrilled to have SweatHouz bringing out cold plunge tubs (OH YEAH!) to help you cool down post-run. Plus, The Fertile Ground Foundation will be here to share details about their annual Fall Festival & 5K happening in October!

Every Thursday night we meet at 6:15pm meet in front of the Lost Worlds Mural - by the Charlottetowne Ave. side and a run/walk start time of 6:30 PM.
