About us
Lotus Lens Collective is an Atlanta-based collective rooted in shared curation, curiosity, and care. We host monthly screenings of films from across Asia and the diaspora, creating space for context, conversation, and collective meaning-making—because cinema is better when experienced together.
Our programming includes both Asian-centered affinity gatherings and public screenings open to all. Affinity gatherings are more intimate spaces for people who identify as Asian or part of the Asian diaspora, created to foster cultural resonance, vulnerability, and conversation without the pressure to explain lived experience. Our public screenings welcome audiences of all backgrounds and include contextual framing to support shared understanding and respectful exchange. Whether you’re joining us for your first screening or helping shape what we watch next, this is a space to linger with the images, sit with the stories, and experience Asian cinema together.
