You Are The Altar is a spiritual development group that centres on self exploration and self empowerment held within a beautiful community as we all journey together, supporting and holding each other along the way.

We will meet aligning with the phases of the moon, the Equinoxes & Solstices whilst honouring the seasons as mirrored deep within ourselves, as we move through our own inner seasons of life.

But more importantly; we will witness each other, and hold each other throughout the process as we rediscover the true nature of our authentic devine selves.
