Louisiana Drupal Users Group Meetup

Please join the Louisiana Drupal User Group at Launch Pad's new location on the 9th floor at 400 Poydras Tower.

At this meetup, Jason Want will give an informal tour of Drupal 8 media management tools found within the Lightning Distribution (https://www.drupal.org/project/lightning). If the audience is willing, he will also give a live demo of Acquia's Build and Launch Tool (https://github.com/acquia/blt) (BLT) and how to use Lightning as a Base Profile to create your own custom installation profile (https://github.com/acquia/lightning/wiki/Lightning-as-a-Base-Profile). We will also use the meetup to further plan for the 2017 Drupalcamp in New Orleans (http://www.dcnola.com/news/2017-drupalcamp-planning-underway).

How to get there:

Enter the building through the Magazine St entrance, turn left pass security, walk forward to the elevator banks. Use the elevator bank identified for the 9th floor. You'll see signs identifying floor ranges for each elevator bank. Use the elevators on the left hand side as you enter the elevator bank.

Building Access​: open until 6 pm. After 6 pm all attendees must enter thru Security Office (tell them you are attending Drupal meetup at Launch Pad) on Magazine St. This entrance has the address 400 Poydras over the doorway. It's just a block toward Poydras from Launch Pad's previous location at Magazine St and Capdeville St.

Elevator Access​: access going up until 9 pm, must go the BANK of elevators closest to Poydras Street and use only
elevators on the LEFT HAND SIDE of that bank.
