Community Therapeutic Art Workshop for Brain Injury Survivors
Details
Join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month for a supportive and creative gathering designed specifically for brain injury survivors. This community-based therapeutic art workshop offers a welcoming space to explore creativity at your own pace while building connection, confidence, and self-expression.
Through guided art activities, participants are encouraged to engage in meaningful creative experiences that support cognitive stimulation, emotional processing, fine motor skills, and social connection. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and create in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.
Whether you’re continuing your recovery journey or seeking a sense of community, this workshop provides a nurturing space to express yourself, connect with others who understand, and experience the restorative power of art.
All materials are provided. Care partners are welcome.
We look forward to creating with you.
