Venminder's path from Sql Server to Postgresql on Aurora Serverless v2

Venminder started as a small company of fewer than 10 people. Over the past 12 years we grew from 10 to 250 employees and became the industry's leading provider of Third Party Risk Management services and software. Sql Server was a trusted and dependable friend for the first 10 years. However, over the past few years the cost made scaling prohibitively expensive and another solution we needed. This talk will describe our path from Sql Server to Postgresql running on AWS's Aurora Serverless v2 Service.
