
What we’re about
Welcome to our group! We are a group of Christians who are looking to stay healthy both physically and spiritually! To that end, we offer physical activities such as chair yoga classes and healthy eating classes. We also plan occasional outings just to make friends and fellowship with each other.
And, as our most important focus is our spiritual health, we will include sharing the word in each of these activities. We also offer small group Bible studies both in person and online!
