
What we’re about
Welcome to our group! We are a group of Christians who are looking to stay healthy both physically and spiritually! To that end, we offer physical activities such as a weekly chair yoga class, healthy eating classes. And, as the warmer months are finally here, we will be looking to set up park meetups.
As our most important focus is our spiritual health, we will include sharing the word in each of these activities as well as small group Bible studies both in person and online!
