It’s time to get moving! We always tell ourselves that we need to exercise more. So, let’s do it. In the month of October, we will be meeting at the Iroquois Library for chair yoga on Fridays at 2:00pm beginning Oct 10th. Please join us! (This is not a library sponsored event.)
Following our chair yoga, we will offer a Bible lesson at 2:30pm to strengthen our spirits. Come for one, or both, of these events! We’d love to see you.
