My intention is to provide a mid-day, mid-week pause to destressify, catch your breath, explore some of the myths of meditation, meditate as a group, through one or more meditations each week, give you a tip or tool to take with you, and for you to leave feeling more at peace than when you came. All are welcome - absolute beginners to long time meditators. Meditating as a group can be a wonderful experience!

Since it's the Community Room we'll be sitting in regular chairs. If you'd like to bring your own meditation cushion and sit on the floor, that's fine too!
