5 Years and 500 Stays: AIRBNB Lessons Learned

The Louisville Real Estate Investor Meet-Up group is for aspiring, beginning, and full-time real estate investors interested in networking with other like-minded individuals. During our monthly meetings, we share ideas, learn from one another, and host speakers who talk about topics related to real estate investment.

In this meeting, Luke will share the lessons he has learned over the last 5 years and 500 stays of hosting and self managing his Airbnb rentals. The list of mistakes is long, and some of them are not completely unavoidable, but there are steps hosts can do to lower the risk of these situations negatively affecting their business. Although Luke has made many mistakes over the years, he has become a better host and investor because of it. Hopefully by sharing some of these problems and lessons learned, we can all become better hosts and better Real Estate Investors. At the end of the meeting, we'll open up the floor for a Q&A session.
