Dinner at Pica's Mexican Taqueria in Louisville

Come join us for dinner at Pica's, a taqueria in downtown Louisville that has an all-day happy hour on Mondays. This is a casual place (order at the counter, they bring the food out to you) and they don't take reservations, so I'm limiting this event to 6 people to make it easier for me to grab a table. I will try to get a table outside if possible and weather permitting.
