I too am interested in a Jeff group.  I played AD&D v1 about 3 decades ago and now my son and I are enjoying Pathfinder.  I'll admit I'm more interested in a fantasy based game.

If you’re talking about a Jeffersonville, IN rpg group … then count me in as well. I can do most games (List includes Star Wars D6, AD&D 2nd edition, Stargate SG-1, Mechwarrior, Traveller, Morrow Project). So like Lindsay please keep me updated as well.

I also like the idea of a Jeff group!

I'm interested in a D&D group, though I've never played before, so on a 1-10 scale of noobishness, mine goes to 11.  Regardless, I've always wanted to get into it, having played RPGs/MUDs for 10+ years. Please keep me updated!

I am interested in joining your DnD campaign, when the time comes. However, I have only played 3.5 and 4th edition.. I have never played with the GURPS system, but I have played with the Savage Worlds rules, which is also a generic play system. I am unsure as to how similar the two are.. If you would not mind a noob, I would also be interested in, possibly, joining in that as well.

Ic grete eow, Minras Freondas!  [I greet you, my friends!]

My wife and I are looking forward to eventually meeting a few
like-minded gaming people in the Louisville area, especially those
willing to play in some combination of play-by-text using Googledocs
and perhaps some elements of d20.net (I'm still getting up to speed on
that latter one).  I've posted here before about a GURPS campaign set
in a 1980s version of the Matrix, and that seems to slowly be finding
a few players, though the campaign itself isn't quite ready to launch.
I'm quite grateful for their interest.  But we've not had a chance to
connect to Louisville social culture yet either, and would like to
know if there are any future prospective players in for AD&D 2E
(Ancient Rome), GURPS 3E and eventually, my wife will be DM for the
first time in Joseph Bloch's Adventures Dark & Deep RPG, with an eye
on a campaign set after the main events in Jacqueline Carey's
"Kushiel" series.

At this point, I'm interested in hearing about your campaigns,
and am willing to share with you some of my own experiences.  Do any
of you out there keep a record of your adventures whether play-by-post
(PXP) or in some other way?  If so, send them to me, and I'll read
them in exchange for a bit of quid pro quo on our own adventures.
Ours are text-based and so are pretty well-preserved in story format.
Let's exchange DM insights, player accomplishments, and maybe someday,
we can rendezvous at a coffee shop and dovetail our efforts!

      Valete!
