[EN] This November, our signature format — the Vitality Meetup — takes to the outdoors for a special edition in motion: the Vitality Walk. We will transform one of Lisbon’s green sanctuaries into a space for connection and biological recharge.

Often, we feel our “biological batteries” running low — quietly depleted by sedentary routines, screen fatigue, and misaligned rhythms. Longevity research demonstrates that two of the most potent tools to restore this cellular vitality are accessible to everyone:

  • Natural morning light: Essential for calibrating our circadian rhythms, optimizing hormone production, and supporting deep, restorative sleep.
  • Consistent, conscious movement: The cornerstone of cardiovascular and metabolic health, activating the cellular pathways that sustain energy throughout the decades.

Come walk through Tapada da Ajuda, one of Lisbon’s most impressive and secluded green retreats, alongside our founding team and fellow community members.

Along an accessible, slow-paced route, we will make purposeful pauses to appreciate the history of the unique structures and heritage sites dotting this century-old park. We will also have the opportunity to discover A Geradora, the park’s most recently restored space — an inspiring symbol of renewal, repurposing, and revitalized energy that reflects the very theme of our morning.

More than a simple walk or cultural visit, this is a gathering designed for shared vitality and human connection.

What to bring: Comfortable footwear suitable for dirt paths and pavement, weather-appropriate clothing, and a water bottle.

Meeting Point: Main Entrance Gate of Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Tapada da Ajuda (Calçada da Tapada, 1349-017 Lisbon).
