Understand in your body the difference between giving and receiving.
Notice your desires and boundaries without shame. Communicate them lovingly with your partner.
Sharpen your ability to understand exactly what you want and to ask for it.

### Technicals:

• The workshop will include practical physical practices to do in couples, so please arrive as a couple (or a duo), sitting in the same place.
• You can arrive at the practice with someone who is not your partner, as long as you two are happy to do some physical practice that involves touch with each other.
• Try to be in a private space where you will not be interrupted.
• The workshop will be in ENGLISH
• This is a clothes-on workshop. Nudity will not be welcomed this time.
• After your registration is approved, you will receive the link to the live online workshop.
