People who would like to meet like minded and hearted people, make a few friend s, whilst exploring spirituality and life together, enjoying fun social activities and mindfulness event, to enhance spiritual mental, emotional and wellbeing.🙂

Come and enjoy a lovely evening out.

We will be joining other fellow meditator's on the spiritual path, for a fun light hearted meditation with a light heart teaching
The topic is on( Finding peace🙏 in a world of distractions.)

The teaching is tough by
Gen Kelsang Dornying, who has been teaching kadampa Buddhist for more than 20 years.

His teachings are light hearted, funny,inspiring and down to earth.
Suitable for those new to meditation.🙂
The meditations are held in a lovely Buddhist build in the center of Leeds.

The meditations are 5 - 10 minutes long, following light hearted teaching, then 5 minutes meditation to finish, with Q&A at the end🎇

There will be freshment 🍰at the end of the session and a chance to meet other meditators.

😁 We will meet at 18:30, for a meet and greet before the session starts.
I will be in the cafe, wearing leapard print.🙂

So easy to find.

Kadampa meditation center charges £8.00,
For this sessions coving the cost for maintenance of the building and refreshments ect.🙂

Eating at a lovely Thai restaurant in Leeds.
A chance to meet some like hearted and minded people for a fun social evening..
we will meet at 18:30 at the entrance of the restaurant for meet and greet, before being seated for a lovely meal so come and enjoy.😁
