This is a year-long, community-supported journey through The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron redesigned for people with full lives.
Instead of rushing through the original 12-week program, we spend one full month on each week, allowing time to slow down, reflect, and actually live the practices.
This is not about producing art. It’s about reconnecting with your inner voice, creativity, and sense of self-trust without pressure or perfection.
The Artist’s Way is a creativity and self-connection book for anyone who wants to live more honestly and creatively. Despite the name, it is not just for artists. It’s for people who feel disconnected from themselves and want to return but gently.
This book is for you if:
- You feel creatively blocked, numb, or disconnected
- You used to be creative and don’t know how to return
- You feel burned out, over-productive, or stuck in survival mode
- You want creativity without hustle, pressure, or performance
- You’re navigating burnout, grief, transition, or emotional fatigue

You do not need to be an artist.

The original 12-week format can feel overwhelming especially with work, caregiving, stress, or burnout. By stretching each week into a full month, we:
- Reduce pressure and perfectionism
- Allow real emotional integration
- Build consistency without intensity
- Make creativity sustainable instead of performative
We are putting value on depth over speed.
How It Works
- Each “week” becomes a 30-day focus
- You’ll receive 30 gentle daily prompts by email
- Prompts take about 5–15 minutes per day (or whole day if feel inspired)
- Morning Pages are personal and never shared
You’ll need:
- A copy of The Artist’s Way
- A notebook or journal
- Participants who commit will receive daily prompts by email, so you don’t have to look ahead or manage the entire month at once.
Monthly Meetings
We will meet on the first Monday of every month, starting February 2, to reflect, check in, and set intentions for the month ahead.
