OUR SUMMER SESSION BEGINS THIS WEEK! Join us for this uplifting and body positive holistic boot camp in the park that is dedicated to building community, self love, confidence and joy in your body, heart and mind.

Welcome to LOVE YOUR BODY, a joy and fitness experience that blends yoga, circuit training, meditation, games and creative facilitation to explore what beauty, strength and happiness really looks and feels like in our own bodies and communities.
LOVE YOUR BODY boot camps will bring women together to support each other in becoming physically and emotionally active in gaining a better sense of body image, self love and stress reduction through yoga, our 'joy' circuits (low to medium impact cardio & strength training), group games and meditation.

Yoga (Warm Up)
Joy Circuit (Low/Medium Impact Strength & Cardio Training)
Group Building Activity (Cool Down)
Meditation & Closing
