I initially questioned whether we needed another book highlighting cultural differences in today's politically-charged climate. Sitting at our last Kokoro - Team Lead Get Together, listening to others at the table enthusiastically recommend Erin Meyer's "The Culture Map," I found myself skeptical.
In German they call it a "Binsenweisheit", a truism: Yes, we are different - and understanding how others think and act is the important first step toward recognising what ultimately unites us all as humans.
We all eat, sleep, work, and repeat. The difference is in HOW we do these things. 💡
