Starting a new practice is easy; keeping it going takes effort. This year-long series will teach practical techniques for building a lasting meditation habit. Each session will include guided practice, teaching, discussion, and Q&A. We'll explore strategies you can add to your personal toolkit to create a consistent routine. The series is designed for beginners but also welcomes those with previous experience.
