WigWam Tea House Hike (A)

This is a little-known path to Estes Park history and the story of the first woman to own a business in Estes Park, Anna Wolfrom. The path goes down from Lily Lake along a tiny stream and is most pleasant even on a hot day until we come out. We will take another little-known path up a steep hill for maybe a mile to end at the Lily Lake Overlook. From there it is a short, easy walk to our cars. While I don’t know the low elevation (maybe 8,900) for this hike, the highest is at Lily Lake at 9,000 ft. Total distance is 5 miles. fully Covid vaccinated hikers for carpooling. At the hike leader's discretion, nonacinated hikers can meet at trailhead. Details will be sent to hikers closer to date. Please indicate of you can drive. This hike will be led by Gail Frasier.
