Relaxing Sound Bath (ages 18+)

My heart is truly happy to provide you with a relaxing high frequency sound bath. High vibrational instruments will be played that will include singing bowls, drums, a gong and more. These sound immersions raise your frequency, shift stuck energies within the body, and bring the mind back into a state of peace, which is our birthright -- and what we truly want.

These events take place with participants laying on yoga mats on the floor. If this arrangement poses difficulty for any individual, please let me know.

Cost: $29 (First-timers are FREE - just notify me through Meetup that you are coming and I'll save your spot!)

What is Provided?: Yoga Mats, Blankets, and Eye Masks -- but feel free to bring your own to be in complete comfort. This is about YOU!

What To Bring: Water

Optional To Bring: A head cushion (if you prefer over the supplied folded blanket), crystals or any sacred item you feel compelled to bring as they all benefit from the vibrations too. :)

Cell Phones: Cell phones interfere with our health. To receive maximum benefits, and to allow others to receive maximum benefits, please turn phones and smart watches off or to airplane mode throughout the session.

Arrival Time: Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended to settle in. To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once the session has begun.
