Relaxing Sound Bath (ages 18+)

Sound immersions are one of many ways to shift our mind into a state of peace. Peace in our mind can dramatically expand our spiritual growth and positively impact us in every aspect of life. Each cell in the body carries a vibrational frequency and each must raise to match the higher frequencies of the instruments being played. This allows movement, finally, of blocked and stagnant energy, compounded over time, unconsciously carried within us, causing us to feel pain and suffering in many different ways.

So much happening in the world and in our lives at this time of great change. Consider shifting from the chaos for a time by allowing the sounds of instruments (singing bowls, drums, chimes, gonging and more) help bring you the peace you seek; that which is our birthright.

This event takes place with participants laying on yoga mats on the floor. *If this arrangement poses difficulty for any individual, please let me know.

What is Provided?: Yoga Mats, Blankets, and Eye Masks -- but feel free to bring your own to be in complete comfort. This is about YOU!

What To Bring: Water

Optional To Bring: A head cushion (if you prefer over the supplied folded blanket), bolsters, crystals, or any sacred item you feel compelled to bring as they will benefit from the vibrations too. :)

Cell Phones: Cell phones interfere with our health. To allow all participants to receive maximum benefits, please turn phones and smart watches off or at the very least, airplane mode throughout the entire session.

Arrival Time: Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended to settle in and get cozy. Perhaps choose an angel card provided on the table within our space. To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once the session has started.
