Relaxing Sound Bath (ages 18+)

It's a brand new year!! Let 2026 be the year you finally choose to put yourself FIRST. You are worth investing in!!!

To help with your self-nurturing, I am honored to immerse you in the healing power of sound. While you lay and relax, singing bowls, drums, chimes, rain-sticks, gongs, and more will be played for approximately 10 minutes at a time in random order.

This event takes place with participants laying on yoga mats on the floor, with shoes off. (if laying on the floor poses difficulty for any individual, please message me). Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks are provided.

What is Provided?: Yoga Mats, Blankets, and Eye Masks -- feel free to bring what you need to be in complete comfort. This is about YOU!

What To Bring: Water (it benefits from the vibrations too!)

Optional To Bring: A head cushion (if you prefer over the supplied folded blanket), bolsters, crystals, or any sacred item that compels you.

IMPORTANT NOTE ** Cell Phones: Cell phones interfere with our health. To allow all participants to receive maximum benefits, please turn phones and smart watches off or at the very least, airplane mode throughout the entire session.

Arrival Time: Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended to settle in and get cozy. Perhaps choose an angel oracle card provided within the space. To avoid disruption, entry will not be permitted once the session has started.
