What Is YOUR Word For 2024? (𝑵𝑬𝑾 𝑫𝑨𝑻𝑬 – 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟕)

Diana and I just want to take this opportunity to remind you to be kind to yourselves :)

December 31st may be the end of the modern (Gregorian) calendar year, but the real new year begins in April, starting with Aries. So, if you’ve made any “new year’s resolutions” and, like most of us, are struggling to stick to your new goals, be patient and gentle with yourself. It’s perfectly normal for you to want to eat more, hibernate, sleep and take things slow at this time of year.

To compound matters, you don’t have to be a Nostradamus to see that we’re in for a wild ride in ’24, and not just because it’s an election year. Already in the first two weeks we have aliens on the ground in Miami, underground tunnels being discovered in practically every major city, and rare “rainbow clouds” signaling a possible polar vortex collapse in the Arctic Circle. (!!!)

Think of this as a summing up in one word of what you feel moved to BE throughout the coming year – your resolution in one word!

Examples abound, words that “ring true” for you: intention, focus, peace, integrity, self-love, etc etc

After some easy breathing exercises to warm up (remember, "polar vortex collapse"), we'll have a short period to check in with our inner silence, and then share THE WORD.
