This group is for anyone interested in personal development, success, spirituality, law of attraction, mindfulness, holistic therapies and healthy eating who would like to learn, talk, eat, drink and debate with friendly, positive, like minded people! Join us for goals night, workshops, mastermind groups, meals out, local events, retreats, live music, cinema trips etc! Feel free to suggest an activity or event! Mindful Monday

Mindfulness meditation is a well-researched and effective way of alleviating stress and promoting wellbeing and flourishing. It can help us notice and appreciate the joy in life, as well as comfort and sustain us in times of trouble. And mindfulness can help us to stay centred, to think and see clearly, which in turn helps us to act wisely, with kindness towards ourselves and others.

It can be hard to maintain a regular practice without a supportive community to share this with, especially while we are practising physical distancing. ​So I am offering this weekly guided practice online, to help us stay present with ourselves and each other.

​This weekly online guided practice is here to help you stay connected to the practice of mindfulness, even when you can't attend a class. I hope that these practices will also be an opportunity to connect in community with others in these difficult times.

Incorporating Quantum Entrainment(QE) Using techniques taught by Frank Kinslow, Isabel will help us learn to still our minds and reach that deep inner peace we all seek. This to enable our natural, healthy sense of well-being.
