Love, Sex & Relationships Are you with the right person?

There will be FREE Byron Katie Worksheets, Instructions, paper, pencils and bottled water.

I will guide you in filling out and working through the Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet.

We will sit quietly together and consider the reasons we feel slightly uneasy or deeply wounded and get it on paper.

Once on paper, I will walk you through ‘The Work’ and you can follow along; or do it with me.

The Work is a radical approach to working with your relationships, especially romantic ones.

The Work is intimate and private ‘You with You’.

A way to ‘Meet Your Inner Wisdom’

There are many wonderful ways, thousands of ‘Love Gurus’, professional coaches, and therapists advice on how to fix and/or improve your most intimate relationships.

At the end of the day, it is always ‘You with You’.

Your Partner does not need to be present or participate.

You are your ‘best couples therapist’ and I invite you to test that for yourself!
