Opening Up : An online workshop about enjoying your bum - with Tim Foskett

Bring your questions, curiosities and favourite toys to this online workshop where we will share experiences, struggles and insights about the art of releasing and enjoying your bum.

The workshop will include time to talk with others about your feelings, experiences and ideas about opening up and there will be space to try some exercises and ideas out in the privacy of your own home. All questions, insecurities, struggles and expertise welcome!

You can join in with as much or as little of the exercises as you like.
