About us
Helping couples & individuals remove masks and explore common relational defenses to deepen intimacy & communicate mindfully. The goal of this group is to create real human connection in a world that’s gotten a little too performative and disconnected. This is a space to slow down, drop the masks, and practice authentic, mindful communication—whether you’re looking to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, or romantic partners. Think less small talk, more meaningful connection.
I’m hoping to meet curious, open-hearted adults who value emotional intelligence, personal growth, and honest connection. You might be single, partnered, sober-curious, healing from past relationships, or simply craving deeper conversations and community. No prior experience with therapy, mindfulness, or communication practices needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.
At our events, we’ll explore Lovitation—a mindful, relational communication practice that blends presence, emotional awareness, and compassionate honesty. Gatherings may include teaching, guided exercises, partner or small-group dialogues, reflection, gentle nervous-system regulation, and plenty of laughter.
Some events will be experiential workshops; others will be relaxed connection circles and webinars.
In addition to specializing in relationships, I'm also an addiction expert. So I blend these two in the weekly free "Sober Curious Happy Hour," -- an anonymous webinar for those wanting to take a closer look at their drinking by learning about various alcohol-related topics with emphasis on exploring it's impact on relationships.
No fixing. No pressure. No judgement. Just practice harnessing the power of presence and honesty with ourselves and each other.
