The goal of this group is to create real human connection in a world that’s gotten a little too performative and disconnected. This is a space to slow down, drop the masks, and practice authentic, mindful communication—whether you’re looking to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, or romantic partners. Think less small talk, more meaningful connection.
I’m hoping to meet curious, open-hearted adults who value emotional intelligence, personal growth, and honest connection. You might be single, partnered, sober-curious, healing from past relationships, or simply craving deeper conversations and community. No prior experience with therapy, mindfulness, or communication practices needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.
At our events, we’ll explore Lovitation—a mindful, relational communication practice that blends presence, emotional awareness, and compassionate honesty. Gatherings may include guided exercises, partner or small-group dialogues, reflection, gentle nervous-system regulation, and plenty of laughter. Some events will be experiential workshops; others will be relaxed connection circles. No fixing, no pressure—just practice being real, together.
