This is a group for anyone who enjoys the process of turning a tough cut of meat into something special over a long afternoon of fire management and conversation. Whether you are still learning the ropes of your first offset smoker or you have been dialing in your brisket recipe for years, we want to create a space where we can share techniques, troubleshoot gear, and learn from one another.

We plan to get together periodically to talk shop, swap tips on wood selection, and occasionally host casual backyard hangs where we can actually see the process in action. There is no right way to do barbecue, and this group is about celebrating that variety.
