Reiki Level I course

This is a one day course which is the foundation level of Reiki. It is a course that has changed the lives of many students, for some at has bought meaning or direction into their lives, for others it has help them to let go of stress and gain a whole new more loving outlook on life.The course includes a brief history of Reiki, what it is, how it works, your life long attunement (connection) to Reiki, time spent giving and receiving Reiki (the best bits!) and a manual that explains more than I can get through in a day!.
It is an easy and Light hearted day, you need no particular skills or previous exposure to Reiki, it can be learned by anyone.
