Greetings Lower Manhattan Professional Service Network,

I have stepped in to be the group organizer. I run a second group called TriBeCa Business Support Idea Exchange (https://www.meetup.com/Tribeca-Group/) so I thought it makes sense to merge the two.

We have a meeting planned on March 28th at 3 PM. We may have an esteemed professional from E-trade management attend as a guest speaker.

I hope that you are able to attend.

There are so many options available to us a to how to promote our identity on the internet. As a small business owner, should we use one of the many competing platforms that offer a do it yourself solutions (more affordable) or should we stick to running our business and forming relationships and hire someone to manage our website? What are the cost differentials?

If you have successfully navigated these issues and have made a choice as to how to manage your internet presence, we would like to hear from you.

If you offer such a service and would like to share your thoughts and price structure, please join us. Feel free to distribute cards, but please refrain from using this meeting to capture leads.

You will need proper ID to enter the building. Please leave about 10 minutes for the process of obtaining a pass. We have lovely accommodations for you; a spacious conference room with a Samsung monitor that you can attach to your laptop so as to show us your website.

There is a Starbucks diagonally across the street from our location, on the corner of West Broadway between Leonard and Worth Street to grab your favorite VENDI on the way in.

During our meeting, we should be cognizant of proper etiquette in maintaining a dialogue and allowing others to ask questions and contribute to the exchange.

I have a personal interest in forming this group as I am in need of a proper website and am overwhelmed at the options available to me.

I expect others are similarly challenged.

I look forward to a lively and useful exchange.

Sincere best regards,

Karena
