Let's do an afternoon walk from Redfern to Glebe

We meet at the corner of Lawson St and Little Eveleigh St, just outside Redfern station (Exit Lawson St) and make our way into Redfern, visiting back alleys, old townhouse and storage buildings, little quirky galleries and tranquil tree lined side streets in Chippendale. Then we'll cross over to Ultimo, Darling Harbour, Pyrmont and Glebe, ending the walk at the Tramshed in Glebe Foreshore Park.

This walk is mainly an exploration of the eclectic old - new mix in one of the lovely inner west harbour foreshore areas of Sydney where modern architecture and historic suburb infrastructure come together in a homogeneous way.

Please wear good walking shoes, bring sunscreen, water and maybe some snacks.

Don't come along on this walk if you are unwell, have a cough, a scratchy throat and flu like symptoms, are sneezing or have been in contact with a person who has been affected with covid19.
