JOB INTERVIEW LAB

JOB INTERVIEW LAB

Tue, Aug 18, 4:30 PM
From BERLIN WELL- The Human Lab

### Inside Secrets from the Other Side of the Table A practical workshop combining recruiter insights, interview practice, confidence-building tools, and real-world feedback. You've updated your CV. You've sent the applications. You've rehearsed your answers. Then the interview invitation arrives... and suddenly your confidence decides to take a coffee break. Job Interview Lab is a practical, interactive workshop designed to help you prepare for interviews with more clarity, confidence, and real-world insight. Led by a former international recruiter who has interviewed, hired, and trained hiring managers across multiple countries, this workshop offers a rare opportunity to understand what actually happens on the other side of the table. This is not another lecture about "selling yourself" or memorising perfect answers. Instead, you'll explore how interviews work from the recruiter's perspective, practice in a supportive environment, receive feedback, and learn simple techniques to manage nerves and communicate with greater confidence. ### During the workshop, you'll learn: • What recruiters and hiring managers are really looking for • What happens after you leave the interview room • Common interview mistakes and how to avoid them • How to answer challenging questions with authenticity and clarity • How body language and presence influence first impressions • Simple breathing and grounding techniques to manage interview stress ### Interview Practice Lab You'll also take part in guided mock interview exercises in pairs and small groups, giving you the chance to practice, observe, receive feedback, and learn from others. ### Who is this for? • Professionals preparing for upcoming interviews • Job seekers returning to the market after a break • Career changers • International professionals navigating the German or international job market • Anyone who wants to feel more prepared and confident during interviews ### What to bring Bring a recent job description you're interested in or preparing for. This will help make the practice more relevant to your situation. ### About the facilitator Martyna Chelinska is an Emotional Intelligence & Life Transformation Coach, former international recruiter, and workshop facilitator. Over her career, she has interviewed and hired thousands of candidates across different countries and industries, trained hiring managers on recruitment and interviewing, and supported professionals through career transitions, personal challenges, and periods of change. She combines recruitment expertise with coaching, emotional intelligence, and body-based tools to help people show up with greater confidence and authenticity. ### Duration 2 hours ### TICKETS AVALIBLE VIA [EVENTBRITE](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/1995040747581?aff=oddtdtcreator) €35 Early Bird €40 Regular Ticket Tea & Water will be provided. Less performance. More preparation. Less guessing. More understanding.

Berlin Singles Relational Lab — Facilitated Connection Experience

Berlin Singles Relational Lab — Facilitated Connection Experience

Mon, Aug 24, 3:00 PM
From Singles Events in the UK & Europe | Conscious Connections
4.1

# Tired of dating apps culture and surface-level? This is different. And people often leave surprised by how quickly strangers can feel human, warm, honest, and real again. Free to RSVP, 👉 $59 to confirm your spot [https://consciousconnectionsclub.com/stayconnected](https://consciousconnectionsclub.com/join) Relational Labs is a guided connection experience for singles who want more honest, playful, emotionally intelligent interaction — without performance, pressure, or endless small talk. This is not speed dating. Not networking. Not “pitch yourself to strangers.” It’s a facilitated relational container rooted in psychology, emotional intelligence, attachment work, social dynamics, nervous system awareness, and real-world human connection — made practical enough that you can actually live it instead of reading another 50 books about it. ## What happens • A 2-hour guided online relational experience • Real-time connection exercises designed to create authentic interaction • A format that adapts in real time to whoever is present • Optional participant-led in-person continuation afterward • WhatsApp connection thread after the session ## This may be for you if: • You’re tired of shallow or repetitive social spaces • You want deeper connection without forced intimacy • You enjoy personal growth, psychology, communication, or relational work • You’re open to meeting people in a more intentional way ## Important This experience runs with whoever is present and takes its own shape each time. Sometimes expansive. Sometimes intimate. Both are the real thing.
