đŸŽČ Neurodivergent Board & Card Game Meetup đŸŽČ

Sat, May 9, 12:00 PM
From Berlin Neurodivergent Community
4.7

**Join us for an afternoon of board games/card games, connection, and fun!** Location: Zwischenraume, formerly Curious Fabrications https://maps.app.goo.gl/v8tCPcZugTmRq8HN8 Whether you're a seasoned player or completely new to playing games, you're welcome here. We’ll teach you some of our favorites, or you can bring your own game and introduce it to others. **📖 What to Expect** * We’re passionate about board games and excited to share them with you! * No experience needed - we'll decide spontaneously which games we'll play depending on the games you bring and then guide you through the rules of games. We are **happy to help you choose a game** that suits you best. Some games are cooperative, while others are competitive—so there’s something for everyone! If you'd like, bring your own board or card game! Just be prepared to explain the rules to new players. We'll also have an extra silent room for noise sensitive people since some games can be very loud. 🔊 Arriving late? No problem! You may be able to join a game right away or there might be a short wait. 📖 **Event Guidelines** ❀ **Be kind and respectful**—we’re creating a safe and welcoming space together. đŸ§© **Bring anything that helps you feel comfortable** (noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, etc.). ☕ Since we’re meeting at a cafĂ©, **please support the venue by ordering a snack or drink. Outside drinks or snacks are not permitted.** 📖 **Limited Spots & RSVPs** To keep the event enjoyable for everyone, we have a limited number of spaces available. If you RSVP and can no longer make it, please update your RSVP as soon as possible so someone else can take your spot. This helps us plan games and ensure everyone has a great time! Come as you are and enjoy a space where you can have fun, experience games, and connect with other neurodivergent folks. **We can’t wait to meet you!**

Let’s Play Azul & CATAN - Play and socialize

Let’s Play Azul & CATAN - Play and socialize

Sun, Apr 19, 10:00 AM
From Backgammon Berlin
4.9

Join our **CATAN** Meetup to play, socialize, and enjoy this classic board game. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced player. Expect fun, friendly games, plenty of laughter, and the chance to make new friends. This is a relaxed, casual meetup: **no hardcore competition**, just friendly rivalry. 👉 **Please RSVP only if you plan to attend.** **👉 Most people on the waiting list would be moved to the “Going” list.** **How to Play (Quick Guide):** *** Setup: **Build the island with hex tiles, place number tokens, roads, settlements, and give each player starting resources.** *Turn order: **On your turn, roll two dice to produce resources, then trade and build.*** Resource production: **Players gain resources (wood, brick, sheep, wheat, ore) from tiles next to their settlements/cities when the tile’s number is rolled.** *Robber: **If a 7 is rolled, players with too many cards discard half; move the robber to block a tile and steal a card. *NOTE: Friendly robber rule: We play with the friendly robber rule, which means that the robber cannot be placed on a player with less than 3 points.**** Trading: **Trade resources with other players or with the bank (usually 4:1, better with ports).** *Building: **Spend resources to build roads, settlements, cities, or buy development cards.*** Victory points: **Earn points from settlements, cities, development cards, Longest Road, and Largest Army.** *Winning: **The first player to reach 10 victory points on their turn wins. *2-Hours-Max: If no one reaches 10 points by the end of the second hour, the player with the most points wins. This keeps our game capped at **two hours**. ⏰ **Our Game Set-Up & Attendance Policy:** 1. We will have two CATAN sets available for up to six players each, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Since each game takes a considerable amount of time, arriving after a game has already started may make it difficult to place you at a table. 3. In such cases, you may need to place your first two settlements on the remaining available parts of the map—if space allows. 4. Please make sure to update your RSVP in advance. Failure to do so may cause unnecessary delays for everyone at the start. 5. Not showing up without notice will result in being blacklisted for at least one future meetup.

Single Party in Berlin mal anders

Single Party in Berlin mal anders

Mon, Apr 27, 6:00 PM
From Berlin Singles Meetup
3.6
