Float Ouachita River at Marvern

Lets float. Entergy opens the dam at 12 on the weekends. Meet at the Outlets of Little Rock at 10, Ouachita River White Water Park at Malvern at 10:30.
We plan to meet at the White Water Park at 10:30 and carpool to the dam. Some people will have kayaks, paddle boards, inflatable kayaks, and inner tubes. If you do not have any of these, let me know some people have extras.
