Pinnacle Mountain Hike and Climb

I am planning on starting in the West side parking lot, hiking around the north side of the base trail to the east side of Pinnacle, then climbing up the east summit trail to the top and back down the west side to where I started. The base trail is an easy hike for experienced hikers. However, the east summit trail is an intense hike to the top. It is harder than the west side. If you haven’t climbed the west side (easiest), I would do it first before attempting the east side. That being said, I enjoy the east side more, simply because it’s harder and less people will climb it.
