Ouachita Trail Section 5 (Rainy Creek -Womble Trail)

This will be an 11-mile trek for Rainy Creek to the Womble Trail. This hike is not for beginners and is rated strenuous. Let's meet at the Blue Bell Cafe & County Store, 8 AR-298, Story, AR 71970. We will drop cars at the Womble parking area, then carpool over to Rainy Creek Trailhead. Verizon cell service was not available; I can't speak for other providers. Looks like the weather is set to be nice and cool for us. Bring plenty of water and snacks. We will stop for breaks along the way.
